I'm just a girl who grew up with the hand drawn animated movies of Disney and the talents of those I looked at from afar. Do I aspire to be one of them someday? To be discovered? Of course I do, what artist doesn't want their view of the world to be shared, to show others that they're not alone in feeling that way, or to make them feel something new? It's amazing what a single year will do to one's mindset. Though a year below the magical age of 18 where one becomes an adult I am officially a college girl and have grown into that mindset. My point in saying this is that I looked over my past work tonight and one, not only realized how awful quite a bit of it is to my embarrassment, two realized how angry I was. While my latest work does follow suit on this "angry" theme I can assure y'all that there will be much more to it than some of my previous works meant only to vent what I could not otherwise. So I've noticed that as I go more and more out into the virtual world, it's pretty apparent where I come from, what with the y'alls and callin everyone dear and darlin and such. I used to be embarrased about it, but I've been able to realize it's just a part of who I am, and there's nothin wrong with a little Southern charm and hospitality...

There's just something about music that, forgive the possible puns, moves people, it stirs them in beautiful ways. Having studied and taught dance to some extent I know this entirely first hand. It is interesting, I am able to express such deep and unexpressable feelings, and yet to talk about how music makes me fell... well... it takes my breath away...
